Why do a Design Sprint?
Having a “good quality product” is no longer sufficient. What you need is to find the right product. Design Sprints are the fastest way to determine whether a product is worth developing, whether a feature is worth the effort, or whether your value proposition is really true. Don’t spend months doing it, spend a week.
What is the outcome of a Design Sprint?
A validated prototype within 4 days, which provides you certainty and confidence in the direction of a specific solution.
The exact result of each Design Sprint Week is an interactive high-fidelity prototype, tested by actual customers, with clear insights into where to go next.
The Design Sprint is basically an intense 4-day hackathon, where at the end, you get a validated working product or service prototype in your hand.
What does a Design Sprint look like?
There are 3 choices for place : 1. Onsite, or the client’s location 2. Remotely over online tools and video conferences & 3. One of the many sites of R3VE in Toronto, Geneva or Nassau.
What happens after a Design Sprint?
Once you have your hand in a concrete representation of your product and true customer insights to guide your next steps, it becomes much easier to make choices.
You could use a second sprint to iterate and polish the idea, or you could use the prototype to further sell the idea & improve the concept.
