Developing a digital service ecosystem
Boston Scientific asked the R3VE team to help them develop service offerings that complement the product offering and can generate new revenue streams for the company.
We approached the problem using our customized version The Customer Development Model. This approach included the following services.
Through a series of Business Model and Value Proposition Canvas Workshops, the R3VE Team and the Boston Scientific Senior Management Team worked together to create six (6) Service Concepts.
Concept Ideation and Validation
By observing customers’ reactions in 4 markets (France, Italy, Germany and the UK), we were able to pivot and refine the concepts to ensure that the opportunities were truly viable.
MVP Prototype Creation and UX, UI Design
The R3VE team also had the opportunity to lead the branding of the Boston Scientific Ecosystem. Branding both the bundled service offering, as well as the individual services.
Hardware and Software Design
The PULSE Digital Ecosystem, including all hardware and software that R3VE designed for Boston Scientific is currently live in France.
